Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of ChartBlooms. Districts agree to these terms when entering into a service agreement with ChartBlooms.

By using ChartBlooms you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws. If a district contract conflicts with these terms, the negotiated agreement prevails for that customer.
Customer responsibilities
Student data stewardship
You are responsible for securing devices, keeping access tokens private, and ensuring data exports are stored in district-approved systems.
Feedback & improvements
When you share insights or suggestions, you grant ChartBlooms the right to incorporate that feedback without additional obligation.
Service commitments
- 99.5% monthly uptime backed by Firebase multi-region infrastructure
- 24-hour response time for priority support issues raised by district admins
- Regular security updates, vulnerability scanning, and annual third-party audits
Billing & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed either by credit card through Stripe Checkout or via invoice. Educators who enroll through Stripe agree to the subscription terms presented at checkout, including renewal cadence and taxes. District contracts supersede self-serve pricing when executed. Failure to remit payment within 30 days of invoice issuance may result in suspension until balances are resolved.
Individual subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically each yearat the then-current price unless canceled beforehand. We email a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before each renewal. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page (“Manage subscription”); cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues through the end of the current term, after which your account moves to the Free plan with your data intact.
All paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first purchase, contact support@chartblooms.com for a full refund.
Stripe acts as our PCI-DSS compliant processor. ChartBlooms never stores full payment card numbers. Billing contacts are responsible for updating payment methods before renewal periods to avoid service disruption.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with other users’ ability to access the service
- Using ChartBlooms to create discriminatory profiles or share student data outside approved channels
Termination
Districts may terminate service at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination we provide final data exports and delete hosted student data within 45 days, unless otherwise required by contract.
